Damian G. Zamias

Damian Zamias has been actively involved in virtually all aspects of commercial real estate for 40 plus years. His experience includes brokerage, retail and residential leasing, and all aspects of ground up development, from concept through completion. As a developer, his background encompasses site selection and acquisition, project team creation, entitlements, leasing, construction, A&E oversight, and construction and permanent financing.

In addition to his development experience, Mr Zamias has extensive experience in the acquisition of income producing properties, having led the purchase of 17 regional malls and various smaller retail properties. His acquisition activities include the 2009 purchase of Samuel Land Company, an apartment and retail real estate company, of which he is the owner and CEO.

Through the years, Mr Zamias has lectured at universities and trade organizations on development and environmental issues. Additionally, he is the current State Chairman of Communities in Schools of Pennsylvania, a leading community based organization helping children succeed in school and prepare for life. Mr. Zamias currently serves as the CEO of Zamias Services Inc.
